Electronic Contact with the Dead: What do the Voices Tell Us? is the culmination of twenty years of research into Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC), by Anabela Cardoso, a career diplomat and the editor of itcjournal.org.

ITC is the phenomena whereby allegedly deceased communicators relay messages and images to the living via radio equipment, televisions, computers, answerphones and other recording devices.

In this second work the author presents the reader with an abundance of dialogue with those who have gone before us.  Subjects discussed include time, space, the nature of life, the group soul, reincarnation, God, life, and much more.

One communicator informs us, “You live in the space of an illusion that we call time”. Another adds, “The object of an earthly life is not just the goodness. The object is to be conscious”.

One small way of becoming more conscious is to read this book!

ABRIGO has been rated as the best such shelter in Europe by WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals).

Experience in Parapsychology
A former member of the SPR, Dr. Cardoso’s long-standing interest in questions related to life and death led her to start experimenting with ITC (Instrumental Transcommunication) in 1998. The quantity and quality of her results, obtained under controlled conditions both through the EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) and the DRV (Direct Radio Voices) methods, have convinced her, in spite of the sensitivity of her professional position, to place them in the public domain.

In 2000 Dr. Cardoso founded the ITC Journal, of which she remains Editor-in-Chief. The ITC Journal is published in English, and has an Editorial Board of internationally recognised scientists and researchers of the paranormal. Dr. Cardoso is a regular contributor to the Journal and to other international psychical research publications and has given invited presentations on ITC and her work in the USA, Brazil and many European countries.

In the year 2005 Dr. Cardoso founded the ITC Journal Research Centre, in Galicia, Spain where she currently lives. Important scientific research projects into ITC communications have already started.

In September 2010 she published Electronic Voices: Contact with Another Dimension?  (Hants, UK: John Hunt Publishing Ltd., O-Books) as well as a CD containing examples of the anomalous electronic voices mentioned in the book.
She was invited to present research projects on ITC phenomena and was awarded grants by two international institutions – an important medical research foundation (which prefers for the present to remain anonymous) and the Chair for the Study of Consciousness at Saybrook Graduate School and Research Centre, San Francisco, California, U.S.A.

Those important and thorough research projects have been completed and a detailed report on them was published in Neuroquantology, September 2012, Vol. 10, issue 3, under the title “A Two-Year Investigation of the Allegedly Anomalous Electronic Voices or EVP”.

Samples of Dr. Cardoso’s ITC results can be found at http://www.itcjournal.org.

“Life After Death – The Communicator” by Paul Beard – If the telephone rings, naturally the caller is expected to identify himself. In post-mortem communication, necessitating something far more complex than a telephone, it is not enough to seek the speakers identity. One needs to estimate also as far as is possible his present status and stature. This involves a number of factors, overlapping and hard to keep separate, each bringing its own kind of difficulty. Four such factors can readily be named. Read here
